Maintaining consistent branding through internal and external communications is an important touch point for the brand. Clients will more readily trust information presented to them when it is consistent across all points of contact for the brand. Letterhead
Using company letterhead to convey information shows that the information contained within the document is credible and genuine.
One letterhead best practice is to edit the Word doc, then save the document as a PDF before distributing it. Converting it to a PDF also will change the gray header to the proper color (midnight).

Email signatures should be consistent across all employees and staff who use them.
