Documentation Template
Once edited to your preferences, this documentation template can serve various needs throughout the company.
Ensure you’re using best practices by saving your finalized document as a PDF before sharing externally. This will also ensure the logo in the header is in the brand color of midnight and not grayed out.
Design Document Template
This template is used by PCI and clients to document and discuss the design phase of the project. It becomes an artifact and official roadmap of every project once agreed to and signed by both PCI and the client. Save this document to your computer, rename it, and then edit.
Functional Specification Document Template
This template is used by PCI Product Teams to document and communicate the expected functionality of a product or feature. It defines what the system must do, outlines key capabilities and requirements, and details any dependencies or constraints. Once approved, it becomes an internal reference for Product, Engineering, and Delivery and may be shared with clients as part of RFP responses or project documentation.
